Does the game allow you to invite iGP Friends to quick races (private lobby)?  When I have tried to do this I can’t get a list up to select?

When you go to private lobby, copy the shareable link, and then get your firned to paste that link into their browser. Someone else will have to tell you how to do it on mobile app.
