What did you try to do?
Lap before pit should display old tyre set wear and remaining fuel before stopping.

What happened instead?
I see 99% tyre and 16 liters of fuel in lap before pit,
below last two laps before pit and 2 after.

6 1:17.506 + 0:00.114 186.49 2 52 2,3
7 1:30.039 + 0:11.002 160.53 2 99 16
PIT 3 seconds / Soft tyres / 16 litres of fuel
8 1:19.176 - 182.56 1 90 13,7
9 1:17.099 - 187.47 1 81 11,4

It depends on where your pit box is relative to the start/finish line. The two images below are for the same team, same season.

Pit box after start line (Europe) meaning the car crosses the line before the new tyres are fitted and fuel added.

Pit box before start line (Monaco) meaning the car crosses the line after the new tyres are fitted and fuel added.

If you check all your results should see other circuits which exhibit the same data irregularities.

Yes, I guessed that was the reason, but it spoils the analysis of the consumption because you cannot see data for that lap.
I think it would be a good idea to move box position after the finish line and overcome this issue.
