Hello, mates! Im newbie for this game, so where can i find at least T15 pilot for my team? Im level4 manager, lvl5 is coming soon

Unfortunately you can only get high talent drivers when your level is slighty higher like around level 11? Then high talent drivers like T15 can appear in your marketplace , for now you should buy a T5 driver with preferably a low weight like below 60kg to be fast?
