In practice for a race in Mexico, a driver currently 9th from 11 in the standings just went 25 seconds faster than everyone else in the same conditions. How is this possible? And as a league host, is there anything I can do?

The circuit has been rescaled. I'm sure that's the reason. Now the time laps are faster.
