What did you try to do?
I tried to turn on the game.

What happened instead?
Game is stuck in launcher with small text "UpdateProcessFailed" in bottom left corner.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Windows 10

Don't know

Additional comments:
Update: fixed by resetting the laptop.
