Hi,

For sponsors (secondary) that offer same gold coins but with different bonus income - I'm guessing this is to do with finishing objectives being easier with the lower income?

I was wondering the same  ?

I don't know how the objective difficulty are set nor it's percentage per sponsor, but looking at the bonus money we can extract some information.

If I, level 20 manager, had to chose between iRacing or WTF1 I would take the bonus into account like this:

iRacing pays 1080k for bonus objectives, even though they can be difficult.
WTF1 pays 180k, but they might be easier to get.

Some would be inclined to take the easy bet and play it safe, but if you consider it takes 6 races of WTF1 bonus to match a single iRacing one you start to get greedy and go aggressive, because if you take 2/10 with iRacing you'll get more money than if you got 10/10 with WTF1. Money talks big here ?
It's also worthy to mention, the high risks helps you improve on the game as it'll ask more and more of you to keep getting these bonuses.
