Hi
First race since tyre update in France, practice showed SS tyre wear as 15% which it was during the race, the softs were 7% during practice, didn't use during the race so can't comment but have asked the league for there degradation. Problem comes with the medium tyre, wear was 5% at practice yet during the race it was 8% which is higher than the softs? I couldn't understand why the soft runners pace wasn't dropping off as much as mine.
Don't know if this is a bug or a one off.

We were made aware of an issue earlier where the old tyre wear rate was still appearing on some processes. I investigated why this was happening and the best answer I could come up with was that perhaps some processes were restarted too quickly and didn't pick up the new configuration, because for all intents and purposes the servers appeared to be set up correctly and the processes involved had all been updated.

We have done a further cycling of processes and taken one server out of circulation entirely to help isolate the issue. Let us know if this persists or whether it seems to be resolved.

Hi Jack
Will let you know next race if the practice wear matches the race.
Thanks again

Well just had the second race and from what I can see the tyres used in the race matched the degradation as what was said in practice. I guess it's been sorted.
