Personally I think the support team are excellent. How many games provide 24/7 support to their community?

When things go wrong with the game the Support team are always there to make good and often they are very generous with the awarding of tokens to compensate people for any inconvenience suffered.

Even when players make mistakes such as hosts making errors with postponing races or getting the DST time changes wrong the support team are usually quick to make amends (even at weekends).

This poll is about the fact that the OP wants the support team to step in and make an exception by manually promoting some teams from one tier to another. They already announced almost a year ago that they were withdrawing support for these requests, if they make an exception for one person the floodgates will be opened.

The reason they have stopped supporting these requests is that there were so many of them it was distracting a small team from doing other important work such as sorting out failed token purchases and recovering lost accounts.

If this is going to be a useful thread, it would be helpful if those "Could be improved" would post a comment stating how it could be improved.

It’s interesting that you think you can judge about the behavior of the poll.

For sure I am angry about the situation and it is still the worst support I’ve seen.

BUT the poll is just about to get an overview of what usual players are feeling/thinking.

Someone nice now explained me in discord who is the right one to blame. Well he didn’t tell who is to blame but he told me the support is the wrong to blame, I agree?

Anyway, such a poll could maybe create a feedback for the deciders to think about their doing 

And tbh, what a good advice to say „leave the league and join another more active league“ well WHAT!!??? Leaving friends you want to play with? Sorry that was totally not useful

And I can for sure tell you what

The last issues I had with the support was based on missing communication. And if I tried to text personally I got zero reply……
Also i think that some requests should be handled individually like mine from today.

I agree that the general rule is „no manual promotion“ to avoid a lot of requests about it. But in our case we did everything we could do to NOT have the problem we have now. I think in that case it should be handled individually because we did all we could do.

Sure it can be improved, but it’s still the best I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot. This is particularly impressive when you consider the small team that handles it all.

I wasn't trying to judge the behaviour of the poll or those who are voting. All I ask is that if someone votes "could be improved" or "it is bad" that they also make a post explaining in what way Support could be improved.

This will be useful feedback to help the Support team understand where best they should focus their efforts to improve the service.

If you have experience of them not responding to emails then that is a valid point and I understand why you would vote for improvement. But my opinion still remains, it is beyond coincidence that this poll was started shortly after this...

Maybe language gap let me misunderstood your writing…. Sorry for that.

I agree, if someone vote „improve“ or „bad“ (well for me it’s not bad!) they should write something.
But you know, some people are maybe to shy to write something and just vote their actual feeling. So even without a comment, the vote should be noticed.

And YES for sure I did the poll after my request…. But the main issue was the „advice“ which was given….
