It would be nice if you could invite people in your league to a quick race so you can have friendly battles against people in elite leagues etc

Hello,

As David says, this already happens.
The quickest way to invite your league members to a private QR is to create the Quick Race and then copy and paste the link onto your league wall for others to use.
