I finally got the fastest lap record for a track.. and that pesky achievement. On Christmas Day in NZ :) 

btw i do in house League Qualify and Race Lap Record Championships (thought i may as well do an Ad while i'm here lol)

Having the lap records wiped due to the update, and that my league was one of the first to run Brazil helped as well.
