I have been searching for new staff and then I found some really good ones but the bids on them seem to be neverending.

Yes, that issue is a pain in the ass. There are plenty in those conditions.
Some are "waiting to be confirmed somewhere" almost for 6 months... which means the managers never returned for months now, and the staff is still hanging and unavailable for us all !!!
@ Jack Basford : Please eliminate that issue so all can respect the supposed 12 hour answer.

These staff are now available. I have figured out a way to prevent it from happening and will apply a fix later tonight.

I am unable to offer either of them contracts. They are both still "reserved" by the inactive teams. (Team SE7EN and Mac Harry Racing)

I'm not sure what happened. When my staff negotiations exceeded 12 hours in my reserve team, the staff got released.
