If you lose connection at the final lap of the race, it will not count in your profile stats that you finished the race?

Hello,

If you lose connection to a race, your cars will continue to race. This means that all races should be counted on your profile stats, even if you never log in to manage the car (s) live.

Then what the stat of "finished races" is about? It means that the car didn't break or run out of fuel?

You have finished every race you have run 8/8.  If in your next race let’s say you fail to finish because of a mechanical failure then the stat would show 8/9
