HI,
Since 12/25/2021, I'm looking for female pilots to hire! however, since then I've only found five at most!
And besides being Low Talent! it was not of good height.
I specifically looked for the "youth academy" but I only find male drivers!

I suggest that you increase the frequency of women in both the transfer market and the youth academy.
why apparently it seems to be rare to find or is it very... unlucky for me!

Anyway, thanks for your attention!

Good height? Why people still believe that weight and height make a difference?

So a 96kg driver will perform exactly like a 51kg driver?

I would say a 69kg is the same as 51kg, otherwise the game would make no sense. I mean an athlete with a height of 190cm and 51kg does not exist in the world.

Until another update is rolled out to neutralise the quali advantage, a taller driver does make a difference and so too does weight to a degree.

Weight and height have an effect in quali, weight being the most noticable and it has been proven through many tests

a taller rider qualifies better than a lower Mayan rider. Which doesn't make any sense!
Not to mention that the taller driver makes the car's height smaller in the configuration, which also doesn't make sense!

IRL taller drivers will sit lower in the car so their head doesn't stick up and harm aero and safety, so I would guess this is what the ride height changes emulate. And the difference isn't the driver height, it is the ride height required, as more often than not the lower ride height setups used by tall drivers benefit qualifying pace.
