What did you try to do?
Put in less fuel than was already in my car.

What happened instead?
The fuel stayed the same as it was before my pitstop.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Windows 10

Yes, just try to put in less fuel on a pit stop

If my understanding is correct, you had the same amount of fuel before and after your pit stop.
In this case, it’s not a bug, it’s how the game works.

During your pit stop you can only add fuel, not remove a part of it.
Fuel added is the difference between the quantity you want and the quantity you already have. But if you ask for less fuel, nothing will happen, you will just keep the same quantity.
