it's happend 2 races in a row where on wifi it's shows connection error during the race and it works on mobile data please help

Hello,
If it doesn’t work with WiFi and it does with mobile data the answer is clear. You need to reach your network provider and ask.
I move to Help & Support since this isn’t a bug.

The rest of the app works with utter perfection without any hesitation under wifi but when it comes to the race window specifically after the race starts the connection error symbol appears and a lot of glitching of the cars
and my internet is running over 200 mbps on wifi why is it doing that during the race thought?

Hello,
Races are constantly sending information packages to define the position, condition and other variables of cars, drivers, managers and track. It’s so demanding for the device and network compared to the rest of the app.

But it's a new device 6 gb ram
my networks running 5G
it should be more than enough shouldn't it?
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it
hopefully the problem is fixed as the race is at 1930 IST and 🤞 it just doesn't come up again
and any suggestions you'd suggest to resolve the issue?

I have fibre broadband and I get kicked during races at least 3 or 4 times a season. It's just one of those things. Google "connection loss during gaming" and you might find some tricks or tips here and there.
Also, early evening is a very busy time for internet traffic. Regardless of your connection speed, ISPs tend to throttle your bandwidth during these times.

yesterday the error appeared for a split second and went away and the race ran smooth after that
i also won my first iGP race yesterday
so i say the error is resolved
