Hi all,
So a couple of questions possibly directed to the more advanced players out there, who may or may not be willing to share their secrets :-D Anyway, here goes, and any help would be greatly apprciated!!
Q1: What different Engine attributes suit what kind of tracks?
I would imagine that for places like Italy you just want sheer power, but what do you look for at the slower places like Monaco and Hungary, Response? Reliability? Economy? And what about at the midspeed tracks?
Q2: Just how much difference does carrying the extra weight make if you choose a less eco engine/fuel combo, especially at slower and medium speed tracks?
Again, I would imagine at the fast tracks you take the grunty engines over the reliable ones, but what about the slower tracks?
Many thanks everyone!!

My experiments suggest that the high response of Toymotor only works at Monoco and Singapore. Murk's high power plus higher response seem to make it the most powerful engine at the expense of lower milage than the Tifosi. Thus Tifosi is better because of lighter fuel loads at Spa but Murk is better because of outright power at Monza. Rednote is a good all round engine too. Slightly down on power but better on response than Tifosi. And top rated for fuel milage. The lighter fuel loads help Rednote compensate for its lack of power. Thus it is good at Silverstone even though that seems like a perfect power track.
All these issues are a matter of judgement. In races things like different driver training regimens different design development styles and differences in driver affinity for certain tracks make it hard to get clear data for the engine attributes.
