In what way is it crap?

Are you talking about the start of season design? If so please see this - The Mechanics of Chassis Development

If it is something else you need to be a bit more specific if you want someone to help you.

Everyone at the start of the season starts with the same amount of DP spread over the 8 areas. It's how managers then control the research and the 20 points given after each race. With proper management you can use the research facility to increase your gains by choosing which will benefit you the most, this along with the suppliers you can use to get an advantage on your opponents, every track will prioritise certain areas of design ahead of others. If others are quicker it's down to management and understanding off the game. After every update the game then needs learning to see which performs best.

Out of 773 races you have 180wins, 540 podiums, 337 Poles and 11 Championships. 53 races you didn't make the podium. 4 races you did not finish the race so effectively 49 races you didn't make podium. Reasonable stats for having a crap car. Ideally going by your profile is not enough to understand why you think your car is crap, or why your car is actually crap.

Since I started this game  all people said focus on big 4
Acceleration
Downforce
Handling
Braking

I just said only 6 season last I felt I am not getting a good car so that I can battle with my other members. I raise a question where I went wrong or something else went wrong.

Your issue could be related to your race management and the way you use research and assign your design points before races.
During the first part of the season, your results in qualy were quite good (often at the front), so the car is not so bad.
You need to explain how you develop your car during the season and how you manage your races if you want help from the community.

First I always add points on my big 4.
Acceleration
Downforce
Handling
Braking

Then I add points fuel and tyres.
I am good on qualifying but Dnt have pace in race. Don’t know why. Before I had always good car in races. Last 6 seasons didn’t get race pace.

It might not be the car, especially if your qualifying is good, maybe you need to look elsewhere.

Could it be poor strategy? In Russia all the cars except one that finished ahead of you ran only softs and the other started on SS then ran only softs. You chose to run Mediums in stint 3 which lost you loads of time. IDK but it possibly also meant you had to use a lot of your boost in stint 3 to remain in DRS range.

The way you need to manage races has changed big time since the December update, this might also be a factor.
