What did you try to do?
We had set laptimes as usually we do 

What happened instead?
Hello I want to share that yesterday our leagues new season had begun the previous seasons champion is in the midfeild pack and me too struggling with pace also the newcomers during pre season is having enormous speed idk how they're level 18's and beating lvl 20 teams easily also today practice times had huge gaps of about 6 secs and above please see to this issue

This is not a bug. Some attributes were changed in anticipation of the deployment of dirty air. These changes would have led to a different optimal way of car development and is also the reason for the slower lap times.

In regards to your newcomer/s being level 18 and beating a level 20, he/she could be superior with more experience and game management skills.

Keep switching it up, read guides, ask questions, take notes and you'll surely improve and adapt to changes in no time ?.
