im trying to view my race but the 2D is not working? it worked fine yesterday but not today? please help :)

Try the free viewer as well. If that does not work then it probably is a Java update issue. The IGP service is working normally.
If you were using Chrome then switch to another browser.

This is something Google have decided to do with Chrome apparently, not to do with iGP itself. You may need to use another browser.
