I wanted to enquire how does the Car rating change as per the various tracks..example my car showed around 3 stars on an avg in  the starting 7 races, but suddenly in Azerbaijen track it reduced to 2 stars...any guidance please...

It just shows how suited your current car design is to the track you are about to race.  Some tracks require higher development of acceleration and others handling or downforce etc
