Hello,
As you’ve seen iOS new feature that ask App allow to don’t track is hurting ads and rewarded ads. Try to set as Allow.

I’ve got the same problem since a week or so. First cleared cache and then reinstalled the game but no effect.
Then changed to allow tracking in settings, privacy, tracking but iGP doesn’t appear as an app that has asked permission to track. Therefore I can’t switch to allow …

Could be a hen-egg problem. Due to reinstalling loading an ad might be needed to make it ask for tracking and maybe another one to let the ad vendor see tracking is allowed. If no tracking works it shouldn't be transmitted, but have you tried resetting the advertising ID if still there? As it can be reset it might be excluded from the tracking permission and resetting it might prompt the ad vendor to send some ads to test settings (as well as resetting the history of shown ads at the vendor if not otherwise fingerprinted).
