Hello,
Check out this response Conker Cooper made in a similar thread:

There are a few different ways to get cash in iGP Manager:
Sponsors:
Picking iRacing as your first sponsor means that you will get 3 tokens (and some cash) per race. These three tokens can additionally be used to buy cash from the shop.
Having WTF1 as your 2nd sponsor maximises the potential amount of money you can receive per race.
Daily Rewards:
If you log into iGP Manager every day, you will get daily rewards. One of these rewards is the same on each respective day (for example day 7 is always a free setup). One of the days gives you a pre-determined amount of cash.
In addition to the main reward, you also get the choice of one of three additional secret, random rewards. If you're lucky, this secret reward will be cash, but it can also be part, engines or free setups.
Daily offers in the shop:
Every day, there are 2 'daily deals' in the shop. Sometimes these daily deals will be cash meaning you'll be able to save tokens when buying in-game money. These deals can also be parts and engines, what the rewards are each day is randomised.
Quick Races:
Completing quick races will also give you a small amount of cash for each race - £200,000 × your manager level.
Trading tokens for cash:
As previously mentioned, you can use the shop in order to trade your tokens for cash. Tokens can either be obtained from your sponsors each race, or buy spending real-life money to buy some (however this isn't necessary to be successful in the game).
As a last resort:
If you are still struggling to make enough money, you can use the helpdesk to ask the support team to delete your account. This will mean that you can start over with the same email, however this is permanent and cannot be reversed, hence I describe it as a last resort.
I hope this helps you to get back to having positive money, but if you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
Wish you luck! :) Debt is not the end of the world in here. It's fairly easy to come out of it but takes a bit of time.
