No staff at level 14 having 5 star in marketplace

Cosa hai provato a fare?
I'm level 14 since yesterday. Every team director, doctor or chief designer having level 14 has 4.5 stars. This is senseless. I've spent many hours checking the marketplace and 4.5 is the only rating for staff level 14.

I will never get a 5 star level 14 staff member.

The marketplace as is, it's useless. Why should I choose among 4 member having that role where 2 are always level 1 and only other 2 could be interesting? Show me 15 different profiles for each role.

Ok, but I consider it weird. If a doctor having my level does not have 5 stars, who can have the maximum rating?
I will change my staff members when their contracts expire.

I repeat this is a bug. I have a new doctor level 14 (like my profile) having 4.5 stars. When I train my drivers their health is decreased by 11 not 10 as I would expect. So there is no difference between level 13 and 14 and there is no gain for me. I feel like an idiot wasting game money because a level 14 staff member wants an higher salary than level 13.

This is the third day without a 5 star staff in my marketplace.

The system is bugged and probably it was tested only with level 20 accounts. The headquarter is useless because I won't waste 38 tokens for chief designer that will last 20 or 30 races. Staff in headquarter is 4.5 stars too... I'm disappointed every time I reach an higher level.

I remember this when I was level 14, there never is a 5 star in transfer market. Like ever. And I’m afraid you’ll have to put up with it cause this will haunt you until you reach level 19.


On the other hand, your level 14 to 18 competitors won’t be able to find a 5 star as well

It won’t be that long before your drivers are fully trained.  Once they are let your doctors contract expire and the game will replace with a 1 * doctor on minimal wages you will then save money as you don’t need a doctor when drivers are fully trained.

Same bug here. Im level 14. Im unable to find a 5 star MD. Even if it is a Level 14 MD. The problem is that cost me more to me to train pilots with a 4 n half star MD. Will this be fixed? Thanks

Why the thread was moved? This is a bug, not a request for help.

I understand that developers can be lazy and won't test every change on every level and/or don't want to create new accounts (testing using level 20 accounts only) but this is a bug because the system doesn't work as expected.

By the way I have been able to find a 5 star CD because the market (very rarely) show drivers and staff with 5 red stars (another bug I think which I noticed 3 times since the transfer update).

I guess no because moderators think I am asking for help because I am so dumb to not find 5 stars staff.

It's clear that there is a formula behind the market that rounds the staff's rating so we cannot have 5 stars staff unless a bug helps you (the way I had my 5 stars chief designer).

As Antonio wrote we will be affected by this bug(I wrote bug not help request) until level 19.

I would like to know how many players clicked on the button "I have the same problem" but since this thread was moved to help/support...

I think we all have the same problem, on the other hand, I’d like devs to spend their time on other things as I feel this is not a major issue

If they wrote well their code, it's only a line to edit.

I don’t know anything about coding but there are other lines to edit before this one, other lines with far greater impact
