Wats the chance of getting a talent 20 driver? mine always seem to be 15 or lower

I've had 4 between December and now on this account (with 10 slots) and 2 on another (with 5 slots) in the same time period racing twice per week.
Seems to take forever to get them race ready though.

I just got the academy too, but how do you see thier attribs? I think I saw that someone suggested that you train them up to race ready and kick them and then search for them in the driver market to see their attribs if you are worried they'll have high talent but rubbish in other areas, is that correct?

i got 90% race ready on a talent 20 driver. That is 1 driver in all of my driver academy cause i dont want any except talent 20 drivers
