Hi, I realise that driver experience is supposed to grow by 1 every 10 races. I have a driver whose experience level has not increased for a long while and I'm pretty sure he has been at level 6 for way more than 10 races. He is lvl 20 for all other attributes if this is a factor in experience gain....any thoughts?

If you look at your driver's stats you can see he has started 35 races (of which he's only finished 34). Assuming he started out with an experience rating of 3 then a current rating of 6 is to be expected. It'll probably be another five or six races until experience rises to 7.
The experience rises with the number of races the driver enters, not the number of races the driver is in your team. So the fact you've had him in the team for 5 months is not relevant.

Ok, thanks, it just seemed much longer. I thought he had been at exp 6 since before start of season
