How do you regenerate a driver's health other than training physical individually and team wise?

The driver's health can be increased in 3 ways:

Driver Physical training

Staff Health training (only effective if combined with Driver Physical training)

Using reward points to have a driver's health restored to 100%
There is no other way.

That is crazy ridiculous. It shouldn't take a driver a whole year to go from 60% to 100%. I am having to deal with that right now.

Well, Scott, it's a bit easier in an every day league, however I understand the frustration, since our league only completes one season per 6 weeks. With a young driver like yours however, she will prove her colors more and more with every race, provided her talent is high as well. Otherwise I am afraid you will feel like you have wasted your time on her when time comes to let her go if you need a higher talent driver.

Scott: for better training work on drivers,, take in mind, Stamina / Weight / Health . I usually plan to train 10 or 15 times in physical training. Meaning & Example:
I need a driver wirh:
- 13 stamina
- 61 Kg on weight and
- 90/80 in Health
Making 10 or little more physical training i could achieve a: (like 10 races)
- 17 or 19 Stamina
- 51Kg (lowest value for a male)
- and 92 or 95 on health
High stamina/ low years old seems avoid to health lose... and the later DOCTOR physic training could improve a lot the health to 99% or 100%
For my criteria drivers below 65% of health are not a good investment.
