There should be some conflict with your phone, I would recommend you to reset the settings to default. Nothing changed in our web code in the last 3 months, if it was a general issue we would have more reports.

There’re similar users with the same problem in other apps, the solved the problem by downgrading the latest Samsung software update. As I told you the problem wasn’t caused by us, last update was months ago.

We know what the issue is now, and it relates to font scaling on the OS update. There are multiple ways to resolve it, but we want one which doesn't require any action on your end, only ours. I have applied an attempted fix on this but need feedback on whether this is still occurring.

To get the attempted fix you must go to settings and clear cache. Since you can't see it in the header currently, click here and open this link in the iGP Manager app to access the settings screen.

Alternatively, if this doesn't work you can clear cache from the OS itself:
Open Settings (phone), and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for 'iGP Manager'. Tap Storage, tap Clear data, and then tap OK. This will completely reset the app to the original settings.

There is another solution we can try, but it's more quirky and I'd like to try the current (less quirky) solution first.

That's unfortunate. It might take an app update to be able to address this on our end. In the meantime the solution that I know works is to reduce the text zoom level on your operating system. With the most recent update it seems this increased on Samsung phones or started being applied differently.

Read a guide for these settings here. Reducing it will get the app working until we can figure out some way to address this.
