Teams showing as being in the league when they shouldn't

There are 2 teams with 2 different circumstances which shouldn't be shown as taking up slots in our league but are.

Team MERCEDES in Rookie was kicked and is now racing in anoher league.

Team Shater joined Pro then reset to Rookie and appears in both Rookie and Pro.

The Rookie and Pro tiers have 13 teams but 14 teams with points. Both the teams mentioned are only showing on the points standings, but they are not actually counted as being in that tier, as far as I can tell from a quick look at it.
