Can we get a deducted limit for number of engine a car can use during a season(at least for the elites). And taking a new engine outside the allocated number will cause grid penalty like it happenes in real f1.

Not a bad idea but buying and using tokens is one of the tiny ways the game generates income to survive. You wouldn't want the game to die now would you? ?.

The income side could be sorted out that with an allowance of a new engine every second race an engine replacement costs 2 engine components, with 1 per 3 races it's 3 and so on. 

Needs to be a league rule though. Some may find managing the engines a welcoming addition, others wouldn't like the loss of competition on a per race basis.

What would be more difficult to do is keeping replaced used engines for later use, as that would require a complete change of the engine distribution system.
