Me too.. The button bid disable, the time just "....." so i can't buy driver and staff that i need for race today ASAP !! Please solve this issue !!

The same is happening on me, from both PC and phone.
Showing Clock with "..." and no possibility to offer.

Same here. On iOS browser AND app. 
Trying clear cache and browsing data on Chrome browser doesn’t solve the issue. 
Trying incognito browsing doesn’t solve the issue. 
Trying a new browser (safari) doesn’t solve the issue

Hello! Yesterday night I wanted to buy a new driver but when I clicked on the driver I saw that the bid button was grey. I tried to bid on it and it didn't work. I checked all the other drivers and staff and I can't bid on them either. I don't know why it doesn't work so I would appreciate all the help I could get.

I think its bugged, I tried to sell a driver to a friend but it didn't work for them

Transfer from PVP should not be allowed anyway. Easy to cheat and form groups in game. Friendly races ok. But no player interaction trading. Not fair on solo players.
