Good morning,
the updates schedule is becoming a mess. You keep developing updates such rabbits without finish previous ones.
You didn't finish 3d implement because just a bunch of tracks are 3d compliant and are already developing 3d weel-to-weel, doesn't have sense.
I can't hide that at the launch of 3d with gosting I was sceptical but after trying and trying for me with acc device became more easier to compete in 3d than with old 2d format.
Now with just a bunch of tracks 3d compliant I'm not able to compete with others players.
When you will complete the 3d rendering of all the tracks???

I can follow in 3d just some of them. I use the desktop app and the app start in 2d most of the time.
Through the desktop app I could race in 3d just in 5 ocasion on 23 races with the two teams I own.
In quick race mode I can use 3d just in Spain, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Hungary, France, Canada, Singapore, Azerbaijan, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Australia and Europe.

I have never succeed to race 3D in desktop version..only on mobile. Desktop is better for more details about car developments and other divisions within the league.. But for 3D races it does not work to me.. And I do not know anybody to who it works. So it would be interesting to learn more here about it

I have always used the downloadable software for PC (Windows 10) and raced 3-D every time with no issues. I experienced some 2-Ds conversions when clicking "Go to the race" on the browser and consequently opening the software. But if I open just the software and do everything from there I have absolutely no problems...

Can you tell me your app version and device please?
The desktop app version is 4.052(460) and Apple iMac 15.2 running Windows 10 Pro through Bootcamp and opening links from Chrome.

Could you try to open it directly from the app instead of link? Make sure the account settings inside the app are 3D.

I am always opening igpmanager exe file from desk top on my notebook.. It works. Except 3D race.. Always gray underwater colour

Can you post screenshots? Additionally could you tell me the RAM of your device? Is it in all the 3D tracks or just certain tracks? Thank you.

Hi José,
I'm trying to open directly from the app and seems to work. Anyway I underline that in quick race mode never happen to race on other tracks except the ones I said to you.
