Won the pro division with enough managers in the league, should be promoted to elite division

turned out only the 4th place team is promoted to elite, I stayed

I am the league host of the Midnight League (124858) and we have experienced an issue with promotion in the Pro division. For some reason, only the 4th place team has been promoted to Elite. The teams that finished 1st, 2nd & 3rd remain in the Pro division. Could someone look into this, please?

I have merged two threads relating to an issue with promotion in "The Midnight League".
