When a driver is quickly overheating tires, on what areas should you train him ?

I think (i\'m not sure) its a combination between his weight and if you make him push hard in the race. I also notice when an soft tyre is below 43% they dont get so fast overheat. sow you can push more

Thx for the input Mihai, the strange thing is that i can\'t push below 43% because they overheat then.

The strange thing is that in my case the driver with the highest weight uses his tyres the best. They also both can\'t handle the hard tyre...

You have to now that the soft tyres works properly only bellow 15 º yo have to alternate between pushing, normal and takeit easy to mantain your tyres at optimal temp.
With that you can develop an strategy. Example ( Tyres Softs) :

Use Push hard when tyres are cold.

Use Push when tyres are allmost at normal temp

Use keep position when tyres are normal temp

Use takeit easy when tyres are getting hot
The setup above i use it for an fast track at 6º . By playing you can get your best tactics to get the optimal tactic for you drivers.

My interpretation of tyres appearing to get cooler below 43% was that code implements the grip reduction by lowering the tyre temperature. This would fit with the fact that punctured tyres appear very cold.

Would it be possible to have a breakdown on what the training does...Then what each statistic affects..I know there are multiple statistics overlapping qualities and what not, but that would be a big bonus to folks who are either new to the F1 world or aren\'t able to watch the actual race... I say it would benefit those unable to watch the race because it wasn\'t until i got to view a race from start to finish that i actually SAW my drivers shortcomings.. (which lead to a firing)....

ex. He was great around the track, but the second any car got near him (ahead or behind) his times dropped substantially and he began braking early and just overall tanking...

IF we knew what particular quality to improve (like bravery for me, or focus) it would help....

That\'s due to low composure value, mental training should improve that.

I thought composure gives better starts
