You can’t train the driver experience attribute.

Do quick races and league races as that is the only way to increase experience as you can’t train it like José said

Thank you I am in a league that races everyday so I stocked up on engines to do some quick races to get more experience. I just got a driver with more talent but the experience is lacking.
