What did you try to do?
I was trying to run a game

What happened instead?
After today's update there is an error on huawei devices. The error makes the game inaccessible. When I turn on the game, a window pops up that says "UPDATE REQUIRED" and there is a green button that says "Install". Clicking the green button takes you to the google play page with the IGP MANAGER game. Unfortunately newer huawei phones due to legal issues do not have google system.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

What is the model of your device?
Huawei p40 lite

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
EMUI 12.0.0.220

Can the bug be reproduced?
The error occurs every time you start the game. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve the error

Additional comments:
I'm surprised there is such an error because your game is in the huawei shop (Huawei Appgalery) so it should be getting the latest updates.

The problem with the prompt linking you to the Google Play Store is now reported, it should link you to the Huawei App Gallery instead.

Huawei still didn’t approve our version, it’s in the queue so it shouldn’t take long. The ball isn’t in our roof so I can’t really give you an answer unfortunately.

Good evening, is there any new information on this?  Unfortunately, the game still does not work on Huawei devices ...

Huawei have now specified why they didn't approve the app and we understand their response and how to resolve it. It is not clear how soon we can get an update prepared for them but we will see what we can do next week.

Hello again! I want to inform you that I found another way to install iGP Manager with the latest update on Huawei devices. This method can be an alternative until a version with the latest update appears in AppGallery. I downloaded the game from the ApkPure app. I use this app a lot and am happy, so I got the idea to install the game from it and it works.

Hi Aleksander, the method is no longer needed as of today. Version 4.101 is now live on Huawei AppGallery, and I would strongly recommend getting it from there.
