Hi.
I have a problem with the Race Viewer. I can't switch the setting from 2d to 3d. I don't know what triggers this problem,but I would be happy, if someone could help me.

Hello Lias,
I checked your account and I was able to change the viewer from 2D to 3D without any problems. Could you tell me the model of your device and the RAM memory it has?
If you want me to change the viewer back from 3D to 2D, let me know.

Hi.
I just raced and the viewer was still on 2d. I'm playing on my Mobile. Maybe it's because of this,but I had the game few months ago and the 3d mode worked. now it's just unavailable.

Same here . Race viewer is grayed .
Phone is Huawei PSmart 2019
Ram :3GB
I don't mind as I use 2d just putting it out there

Hi, the race viewer on your phones is restricted to 2D due to performance issues with 3D. I can see that Lias is using a P20 Lite, and I had a P20 Lite test device where the performance wasn't satisfactory, and I know the PSmart was one we restricted too.
One my todo list is to add a lot more clarity to why the button is greyed out and why it's locked to 2D. I appreciate that it isn't clear at the moment.
