The car doesn't reset

I joined to this league https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=138712 and my car doesn't get the right starting Design while in any other yes.

What do you mean by « the right starting design » ?
How is your design ?
I would expect a very poor design as you joined a league while the season has already started.

In any other league I recieve more than the 2 points in all car cacteristics

You received 2 points because 2 races are already finished. When you join in a middle of a season, you have 1 point per finished race.

In the other leagues you joined the season has started for more than 2 races (so you had more than 2 points).
