The new rules (no fuel etc) seems to be causing havok as so many managers are not updating and ruining races for everyone else.

Can't this update be made mandatory, so that an update is forced at next login?

It can't be because managers without the update are causing problems for those who have done when using the new rules.

What if an inactive manager hasn't logged in for a while and thus has not updated their app? If this were the case, could that cause an issue in a league that added any of the new rules for the next season? If so, I may need to do some clean up in my league before we start our new season next week. I'd love feedback on this, thanks. ?

Can you tell us more ? How are they causin problem ? What happens ?

The race simulation (partially) crashes and won't accept any inputs from managers as PL changes, boost, pits and strategy changes and thus degrade everyone to spectators.

I’m in a league where the manager has been inactive for weeks so we are still on the old rules but so far have not caused any problems with game as far as I’ve noticed.

Forgot to address this, sorry. Usually if the returning manager starts the App it just displays a message saying that upgrading is required to continue playing and most of the ones still wanting to enter the game, and not set the game aside again, will just update. Only if that part fails, as it did in some cases, then the problems start.
