Kers not working

We couldn't use kers. I was during 10 laps touching kers but it was allways 100%.

Probably most of managers had this problem

I use the Windows application. I had the same problem, but I managed to use it at the beginning of the race.
I used up to 93% basically it was until the 1st pit. 
Visually it appeared in the car that was active but the car was not moving.

Why can't this latest update be mandatory for all players?  It seems to be causing the absolute worst trouble and confusion.

Additional on the KERS issue; live drivers can't seem to use KERS when this bug happens.  But bot cars from non-live managers can use KERS normally.

Same Problem with kers and impulsion level not work.

Update on the KERS following my race this evening; it was working at the start but pretty sure it stopped working for online players after the first round of stops. Bots were able to use their KERS throughout the remainder of the race.

Push levels also stopped at some point too. I'd hazard a guess it was with the first pit stops as well.  Will try ans test tomorrow night.

we experienced exactly the same, it means that someone with a outdated version came online. from that point on it stopps working...
