Started a new season with new car stats

What happened instead?
Probably 1(maybe more) manager's car stats did not reset at the beginning of the new season.

I changed the way designs are reset at the end of a season to eliminate multiple ways this could possibly go wrong within the design reset. The only other way it could happen is if it is the development of next season's car throughout the previous season and not the reset. I'm tentatively marking this as 'solved' but will keep an eye out for new reports.
