Wet tyres wear

We are approaching to the "no-refuel" mode and we are having a lot of fun ❤️ but I suggest to increase the wear for both wet tyres to make the race more dynamic since because we can make an entire race without changing tyres

We also race with the new league rules.
It makes so much fun in dry races, because the options to change your strat during the race are really cool! I would say we enjoy the game like never before.

But yes, wet races are boring now, 0-Stopp in 75% races are usual now. So an increased TW for Wet would be a good thing! Maybe set I/W Wear to the same as S/M wear 

Yeah! Maybe even not so drastically. About 75% they can make the 0-stop and the 1-stop more balanced in some tracks, and the 1-stop more balanced to the 2-stops, and so on...
