In todays (Monday 8th June 9:20pm Uk Time) Brazil race, for the European Racing League - Elite Tier, the Qualifying got stuck and displayed "Qualifying results not found" where the cars would normally show on the Qualifying results page. Race was unable to be entered with the race-players showing "Connection Problem".
(I noticed the qualifying process took longer than normal, usually a 3mins wait after 9:10 is enough, but at 7mins the result were still being produced. Unsure if this had an effect).
The Issue did not affect Rookie or Pro tiers, and those tiers races have started.
Is there any way to restart the race quickly?
Or please restart for tomorrow and postpone the Rookie and Pro tiers for one race, so the tiers remain in sync.
looking at the training window the race has never started yet :)
it shouldn't be showing the information it is showing so there is a system problem somewhere.
Another dead hard drive on the server as there is another league with same problem in all tiers
League settings wont allow me to manually postpone Rookie and Pro tier races, because screen still shows races are running.
Requesting a Dev can resolve this for tomorrows sessions please.

Sorry guys. Nothing flagged up on our end and I just caught this as a result of someone mentioning it on Facebook while I was in bed! I got up to postpone these races and reset them (going back to bed now, it's 3:36am :P).
The issue was easily identified as being related to the the harddrive failure in the datacenter, earlier this week. We're still running a temporary configuration as a result of the datecenter issues, which is more prone to this sort of thing than the usual, stable configuration (well, it was stable while the HDDs worked!).
We're planning to migrate the service back to its normal configuration in the next day or two. We've also planned out a much better architecture for the future, which we'll be implementing with the coming updates. Sorry again for the issues and thanks for your patience and understanding. It can't have been easy (or fun) being stuck earlier.
No worries Jack, we cant expect you to be here 24/7 ;)
Glad you managed to find the issue, and it looks like the Elite qualy of ERL is set to run tomorrow.
Thanks also for postponing our other tiers :)
