so in almost all kind of track-based motorsport event, there is a chance of having crashes on the track, and which is why we need flags to indicate whether the track is safe for travel or not, list of flags should be added:
- Yellow flag
there is debris/crash on the track Virtual Safety Car (V. S. C.)
when Yellow flag and VSC is on, the car must slow down to a safe speed, driver who overspeed will receive penalty and Pit stop is allowed
when safety car is on track, all car must slow down. But if some cars are being “lapped” by other drivers, they can go in front of the safety car or conduct a pit stop and re-queue at the end of queue. Other driver are not allowed to pit. A safety Car must be a Sports Car / Super Sports Car
- Green flag
to tell driver that the track is clean and the race is continued.
- Blue flag
if a car is slower than another car behind and the gap between them are over one lap, the car in front must give the racing line to other car.- Chequered flag
indicate which car wins- Red flag
a hugh accident occurred/worse racing condition. The race must be stopped or paused.example of stopped race. if the race have to be stopped at lap 40 and the original race last for 80 laps, the points have to be deducted to 50% as of original- Black flag
Some driver violate the rule of racing for too many times, they are being DSQ from the Marshall
Thoughts?

The short answer is No.
Safety car and yellow flags were implemented over a year ago in this game and within a very short space of time there was such an outcry from the community they were removed. There are so many reasons why it didn't go well it would take a very long post to explain. The safety car was never actually seen by anyone, had it been then IMHO based on what I saw in testing, the community would have been even more scathing than they were about the yellow flags (which were seen).
We've just had three new rules implemented as an update. Most of us with no experience of programming would think how hard can it be to simply add a championship point to the car that set the fastest lap, DSQ any car that doesn't use at least two different tyre compounds and load the cars with enough fuel to complete a full race distance?
The answer is clearly a lot more difficult than we thought, because despite the Beta testing all three rules have introduced a range of bugs. A couple of weeks later "No Refuelling" still appears to have some bugs that are proving hard to nail down.
So, considering the difficulty the Devs have had in rolling out some apparently simple rules, how do you think a small team of developers and testers have any chance of coding crashes, car failures, poor driving standards, and all the highly complex rules around what the cars can do under the numerous different flags or a safety car? IMO it would be a disaster.
