What did you try to do?
Run a race with 'new' no refuelling rules.
What happened instead?
Having started our new season with the new no refuelling rule, we had the issues where un-updated drivers where causinf KERS, push levels and manual pit stops to not work, as has been well documented, plus the rain/fuel bug as well at least once.
We've since run 7 or 8 races with the no refuellng rule and its been fine. Then suddenly tonight we (in Elite) lost the ability to use KERS, use push levels ans to manually pit.
Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

I kinda hope not, thought it was fixed!
Additional comments:
I issued several messages for everyone to update their app. Out Elite league is fairly active and from memory I think everyone who was on tonight has been on within the last week where things were OK

Hello Pete,
This happens when a player joins a race using an old version of the App. Please, talk to your league mates to make sure everyone is using the latest version.
If the host agree, I can rerun the race.

As mentioned in the text, I don't believe this happened in Elite. We've been running races for the last 6 or 7 nights just fine and there was noone on that hasn't been on in that time.
Could it be a driver from Rookie or Pro?
I've said this in a separate thread; why is this not a mandatory update? There are plenty of apps that don't allow players to log in without having its latest update, why can't it be the same here? Its ruining the experience for many many long standing loyal users, some of which are looking to give ut up.
I am the host and I've left messages on the League page, I've PM'd everyone. It's STILL happening. Make this update mandatory.

Hello Pete,
It has nothing to do with the other tiers. Even if you were able to do 6-7 races without any problems, maybe someone joined the race that night who hadn't played for days.
Sorry for any problems this may cause. In fact, everyone has been asked to update. It's true that it depends on each user, but fortunately most have been updating their applications.
Do you want a rerun of yesterday's race?
