Driver talent

Just how important is the driver talent level? And i know before you all jump on how stupid a question that is, what i actually mean is i currently have a driver with talent rating of 18, i am happy with her and have put a bit of time into training her up, but having recently levelled up to 9 i got bored and started searching the driver market again. i have found several drivers (as you'd expect) with a talent level of 20 BUT their other attributes are lower than my current drivers. For the sake of a difference of 2 on the talent scale is it worth sticking with her or changing to a talent 20 driver and starting the training process again?

IMO I would stick to your driver for now.

That question applies to any level really, say same sinario with drivers level 12 highly trained as opposed to going to a 15 with lower attributes.

If your team level is in the range of 5 - 8 ( I'm level 5 ) Im not sure you are getting any benefit, probably better keeping one you have.


Someone please tell me otherwise if that is incorrect.  

It depends on the league u r in. In very tough competition having a well trained talent 20 driver can make the difference. On the other hand, if you do well with ur talent 18 driver, stick with her.

Is level 6 not the lowest a 20 talent driver is?

Even if you are a high level manager I think you are better off hiring low level drivers, if you are just training attacking, defending, physical & speed as all the other things you are not wanting to train are already low.

But just training those 4 things in the new iGP maybe a disadvantage, will have to wait and see :)
