Is there any way to delete or close this account?

I made this account some years ago, but I stopped playing. After a while I couldn't remember the password, so I left the game. Now I returned and made a new one with a new email but when I logged out of the new account, this one became active again. I don't want to use this one, I like my new account. Can any mod help me out? :)

PD: not sure if I should have made this thread here or in the Technical Assistance subforum...

You need to contact the helpdesk about deleting accounts.
