can\'t renew contract off Techncal director

I have a Level 3 technical director witch contract expires in 3 races. I want to renew his contract but i get a massage that i need a level 3 scouting, but i have it. mine reputation is 4989. it that a problem?

i have that problem too....

trying to renew my doctor, (which is a level 1) and it says i need level 1 scouting....

i have level 5....so either it means...i ACTUALLY need to be level 1, or, there is a bug, preventing me, as a level 5 renewing....

I had the same issue...
You will not be able to renew it. You will have to find another doctor to be able to hire him.
When searching for doctors, look at the color of number in experience. If it is red, it means that you cannot hire him even though you will go through the whole process. It will just not work.
The conclusiion is that hire the cheapest doctor / commercial manager that you can and sign him for the maximum possible of races :D

EDIT : apparently it was really a bug...
One question Jack, can a level 5 manager hire a level 1 doctor ?
