How can we use those Setups we get sometimes in the daily Freebies?

The ideal set up applies automatically to your next race. When you get it, your first driver appears with the set up prepared for that race.

Hi Lizzie.
One more thing to note, there is a difference between the ideal setup you receive as a primary reward on Day 7 and the one you occasionally receive as a bonus secondary reward.
The day 7 reward acts exactly the same as if you had purchased ideal setup, the button to purchase will be greyed out and the setup will automatically update if the weather changes or if you swap your driver for one of a different height. Remember this reward only applies to car #1 if you're competing in a two car league.
The secondary reward also only apples to car #1 but this only sets the car to the ideal settings for the prevailing weather conditions and driver preferences at the time you receive the reward. The "Purchase Ideal Setup" button will not be greyed out and you will have to manually update the settings if the weather changes or you switch drivers before your next race.
