At what age do drivers usually retire. I know it is different for all drivers but I want to know the age window for driver retirement to prepare for retiring drivers.

It depends on the driver. I would say that from the age of 38 onwards a driver can announce his/her retirement.

They wait until their contract is renewed before announcing their retirement. This means you will have 50 races to scout and train a replacement.
