Wrong car speed

the car “dashboard” show that my car is running at 7 km/h, but in fact it is not moving.

Igp manager doesn’t actually show the correct car speed. It just shows the same speed for each and every driver at every part of the track.I ran out of fuel on the straight at China a couple of weeks back and while I obviously wasn’t moving, it said I was going 200+ km/h

Yes, the speed is hardcoded in every point of each track. The top speed in race report is not reliable too. It's capped to 350 km/h.
